Last year was a challenging one for Kevin Harvick and the entire Richard Childress Racing squad.

In the following video, Harvick talks about his relationship with team owner Richard Childress and how the two worked together to get the squad headed in the right direction after a disastrous 2009 season.

Harvick leads the NASCAR Sprint Cup points standings after two races, but his future plans are still to be seen: He is in the final year of his contract at RCR, and is one of the biggest players in the 2010 free-agent class.
