When the green flag falls to start the Daytona 500 on Feb. 20, one of the favorites to win will be Greg Biffle , driver of the No. 16 Roush Fenway Racing Ford Fusion.

Biffle, who won his first career NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Daytona International Speedway in July 2003, nearly pulled off the Daytona 500 victory last year, finishing third behind race-winner Jamie McMurray and Dale Earnhardt Jr. He would go to win races at Pocono and Kansas, ending the year sixth in points.

In a SPEED.com exclusive, Biffle talks about his prospects for a Daytona victory this season and a strong year for his team.
