Johnny Sauter won the pole for Friday night’s Lucas Oil 150 Camping World Truck Series race when he laid down a lap at 131.019 mph on Friday afternoon.

Second fastest in qualifying at Phoenix International Raceway was Kevin Harvick.

Ron Hornaday Jr., who can clinch the series championship this weekend at PIR as he has a 197-point lead over second-place Matt Crafton, was third fastest in qualifying.

Crafton was 14th fastest in qualifying at the 1.0-mile oval in Avondale.

Kyle Busch, who almost became the first driver ever to sweep three NASCAR races in the same weekend a week ago at Texas and will attempt it again this weekend, qualified fourth fastest.
