Nelson Piquet Jr. led the way in Friday’s lone practice round for tomorrow’s Pennsylvania Mountains 125 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Pocono Raceway.

SPEED will televise tomorrow’s race live, starting with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Setup at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Piquet lapped the 2.5-mile, three-turn Pocono track at 167.635 miles per hour in his No. 30 Turner Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado.

Ty Dillon was second fast at 167.330 mph in his No. 3 Chevy out of the Richard Childress Racing stable.

The first Toyota was Matt Crafton, third fast in the No. 88 ThorSport Racing entry at 167.43 mph. Miguel Paludo and Joey Coulter completed the top five.

The second five consisted of Justin Lofton, then Truck Series points leader Timothy Peters, followed by Tim George, James Buescher and Johnny Sauter.
