ThorSport Racing’s Matt Crafton won the pole position for tonight’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Chicagoland Speedway, posting a lap of 171.914 mph in Friday evening’s qualifying session.

Crafton, who notched his first pole of the season and the second of his career, was followed in speed by SS-Green Light Racing’s Chad McCumbee at 171.636 mph and Germain Racing’s Todd Bodine at 171.625.

Billy Ballew Motorsports’ Kyle Busch and Circle Bar Racing’s Rick Crawford rounded out the top five.

Positions six through 10 belonged to Kevin Harvick Inc.’s Ron Hornaday, Stringer Motorsports’ Brent Sherman, Wyler Racing’s Stacy Compton, GunBroker.com Racing’s Jason White and Roush Fenway Racing’s Colin Braun.
