The Newest Team in Nascar will make their Debut May 29th at Dover International Speedway. Tim Jr. will pilot the #00 Aaron’s Lucky Dog Truck in a select number of events during the 2009 Season.
“I’m really looking forward to taking our Aaron’s Dream Team into the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series,” said Tim Jr. “We have some of the greatest people you’ll ever meet supporting us with the Aaron’s Brand. I have to thank Charlie and Robin Loudermilk and their family, along with Ken Butler, who I have the privilege of learning from each and every day - Mark, Rich, and everyone within the company, because it’s truly an honor to be a part of the Aaron’s Family!”
"Tim Jr. has been a key part of our marketing plans over the last two years and an excellent spokesman for Aaron's." noted Ken Butler, Chief Operating Officer, Aaron Rents, Inc. "His passion for racing and marketing savvy combine to produce a solid program on and off the race track. We look forward to working with him again in 2009 as his team steps up to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and consider him a vital asset in our marketing stable."
Tim Jr. and the #00 Aaron’s Dream Team have scheduled an amazing 65+ lineup of appearances with their one of a kind “Aaron’s Dream Team Experience”. Through the Experience fans across the country will have the opportunity to personally meet the driver of the Aaron’s NASCAR Truck, along with his wife “Aaron’s Dream Girl” Nikki, and the always popular Aaron’s Mascot “Lucky Dog”.
It’s sure to be a program that will take Aaron’s one step closer to the NASCAR Fans who’ve most likely seen an Aaron’s Dream Machine on Television driven by David Reutimann, Michael Waltrip, or Ken Butler III.
“We have a lot of fun with the ‘Aaron’s Dream Team Experience’,” said Tim Jr. “We get to personally meet thousands of fans through it, along with all the great people who work at Aaron’s Stores across the country. We really enjoy it, and it’s only going to get better this year!”
Over the last few years Tim Jr. and his family owned team became one of the fan favorites in what “was” the USAR Hooter’s ProCup Series. He finished inside the Top-10 three times in the USAR Divisional Points Standings, had several top-10’s, and built a very strong following among the series fans that will no doubt follow him as he steps into the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
