John Roberts “In the IRL Danica Patrick won her first race, in Japan. You already heard articles saying, hey, she didn’t really win the race it was on fuel mileage and that brought up a storm and from others saying that is chauvinistic that fuel mileage comes in all forms of racing. The trophy is hers. There is a w on it. She won the race. There is never an f by a w that says you won it on fuel mileage. Jenna, do you see it that as chauvinistic that people are saying that hey she didn't win that thing?”

Kyle Petty "You know, i think that she is always going to be criticized. I don’t care if she outruns you know, every lap, she is still going to be criticized. My father always says you win a bun thatch way, you lose a bunch that way it always equals out when you look back over your career. When we look at races like that you talk about Jimmie, nobody questions when Jimmie wins a race like that nobody questions when rain shortens a race and Jeff Gordon wins like that."

I thinks this is one of those deals where, we look at it today, and you look at it’s he is on the talk shows doing this stuff, and you make a big deal out of it. Looking at it 20 years down the road, you will look back and you will say it was a huge day for Motorsports in general.
