There will be 15 drivers who will attempt to qualify for both the Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series races this weekend at Darlington Raceway.

There are 46 entries for both events.

The drivers doing double duty are Matt Kenseth (Roush Fenway Racing), David Gilliland (D’Hondt Humphrey Motorsports), Kyle Busch (Joe Gibbs Racing), Denny Hamlin (JGR), Clint Bowyer (Richard Childress Racing), Greg Biffle (Baker Curb Racing), Brian Vickers (Braun Racing), Kevin Harvick (Kevin Harvick Inc.), Kasey Kahne (Braun Racing), Mike Bliss (Key Motorsports), Carl Edwards (Roush Fenway), Michael McDowell (MacDonald Motorsports), Joe Nemechek (Nemco Motorsports), Jamie McMurray (JR Motorsports) and Paul Menard (Roush Fenway).

One of the storylines a few weeks ago was the possibility of Jason Keller making his 500th career Nationwide Series start at the track. That won’t happen as Keller failed to qualify at Texas last month, but at least he’ll have a sponsor for what he hopes is his 499th start. Online classified ad service Upillar.com will sponsor Keller’s TriStar Motorsports entry.

Keller will be one of 16 drivers attempting to qualify on speed for the Royal Purple 200.

The others attempting to qualify on speed will be Kenseth, Gilliland, Ricky Stenhouse (Roush Fenway), Brian Keselowski (K-Automotive Motorsports), Willie Allen (Day Enterprises Racing), Mark Green (ML Motorsports/Jay Robinson Racing), Josh Wise (Specialty Racing), Morgan Shepherd (Faith Motorsports), Derrike Cope (Stratus Racing Group), Kevin Lepage (MacHill Motorsports), Dennis Setzer (K-Automotive), Danny O’Quinn (D’Hondt Humphrey), Danny Efland (Danny Efland Racing), Johnny Chapman (K Automotive) and Stanton Barrett (Rick Ware Racing).

Joining McMurray in the JR Motorsports stable will be Steve Arpin, who is getting his third consecutive start in the No. 7 car.

The Royal Purple 200 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. (EDT) May 7. Kenseth is the defending race winner.
