Max Papis was the leader in the final practice for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Road America 200 at Road America.

Both practice sessions at Road America was dominated by road course experts.

The final practice for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Road America 200 found Max Papis atop the speed charts. He lapped the 14 turns at 109.282 mph with a time of 133.35.

The balance of the top five included Michael McDowell, Nelson Piquet Jr, Jacques Villeneuve and Sam Hornish Jr..

Series leader Elliott Sadler was 8th fastest with a top speed of 106.756 mph.

Danica Patrick was 7th overall.

Qualifying will be at 10:15 am ET on Saturday.
