IndyCar driver Danica Patrick announced in December that she would join JR Motorsports and try her hand at selected NASCAR Nationwide Series races in 2010. She followed that up with a visit to Daytona International Speedway to test with the ARCA Series. She made her stock car debut at Daytona with the ARCA Re/Max Series and followed that up with her NASCAR debut at Daytona a week later.
