Dale Earnhardt Jr. lead the first practice session for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Ford EcoBoost 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway. (Photo Getty Images)
The morning practice session for the NASCAR Nationwide Series FORD EcoBoost 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway was led by Dale Earnhardt Jr. with a top speed of 120.900 MPH.

The balance of the top five was filled out by Elliott Sadler, Brian Scott, Joey Logano, and Trevor Bayne.

Danica Patrick posted a fast lap of 119.671 MPH , good for 15th place.

Final practice will be held later this afternoon at 2pm ET.
