Bard Keselowski paced the field with a laptime of 30.06 and a top speed of 179.635 MPH in the first practice session for the NASCAR Nationwide Series History 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

The top five fastest were Kevin Harvick, Series points leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Cole Whitt and Joey Logano.

Danica Patrick was 17th with a fast lap of 176.887 MPH.

Another practice session is scheduled for 5:10 PM (ET) and Qualifying will take place at 11:05 AM (ET) on Saturday. The race is scheduled for Saturday at 2:45 PM (ET).
