According to Nielsen Media Research, ratings for Friday’s coverage of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series from Phoenix were up 14 percent from a year ago. Race coverage on SPEED scored an average Nielsen Household Rating of .72 (534,000 households), up from last year’s .63 (466,000 households). Friday night’s race peaked at a .89 (665,000 households), up 17 percent from last year’s peak of .76 (559,000 households).

The season finale for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series is set for Friday from Homestead-Miami Speedway. SPEED coverage begins at 7:30 p.m. ET with the popular pre-race show, NCWTS Setup with Krista Voda. Race coverage begins at 8 p.m. ET.
