The Power Ball drawing on Wednesday night is $425 million and since I had USC plus-5 against Notre Dame last weekend you know I’m overdue for some luck so here’s how it will be spent after taking the cash option.

o Buy out Kyle Larson’s contract from Chip Ganassi before the kid’s career is ruined in that NASCAR quagmire and start an IndyCar/USAC team for the 21-year-old phenom based out of Indianapolis.

o Buy the rights to Driven and have it re-shot using Bobby Unser as Joe Tanto.

o Give a few million to Sarah Fisher to make sure Josef Newgarden’s ride is safe for another year.

o Purchase a half hour at SPEED for my own open-wheel show on Wednesday night to be co-hosted by Paul Tracy and James Hinchcliffe.

o Buy Danica a membership to Match.com.

o Purchase that vacant lot in Gardena, Calif. and re-open Ascot Park.

o Buy the IndyCar series and beg Randy Bernard to run it.

o Start a NASCAR team with the Busch brothers, paint the cars flat black and get Raid as a sponsor.

o Sponsor A.J. Watson Day at the Speedway.

o Buy an hour of time on SIRIUS for a weekly radio show with Kyle Petty, Tommy Kendall and Bill Simpson. We could cuss AND badmouth people.

o Launch a 3-car Indy 500 effort for Bryan Clauson, Dave Darland and Tracy Hines.

o Buy the United States Auto Club and save it from itself.

o Hire Bubby Jones to run my USAC operation.

o Charter a plane for Sammy Swindell and Steve Kinser so they don’t have to drive to 100 World of Outlaw races.

o Start my own IndyCar team so I could attend the owner’s meetings and learn from their wisdom.

o Sponsor an IndyCar/ALMS doubleheader at Elkhart Lake with Dan Gurney as the grand marshal.

o Make the book The Stainless Steel Carrot into a documentary.
