What races have drawn the largest crowds so far in the 2011 NASCAR Sprint Cup season in terms of attendance?

Per official NASCAR estimates released after each race, here’s how the first 18 races of the year shake out in terms of attendance:

1. Daytona 500, Daytona International Speedway — 182,000

2. Samsung Mobile 500, Texas Motor Speedway — 168,400

3. Kobalt Tools 400, Las Vegas Motor Speedway — 152,000

4. Coca-Cola 600, Charlotte Motor Speedway — 145,000

5. Jeff Byrd 500, Bristol Motor Speedway — 120,000

6. Coke Zero 400, Daytona International Speedway — 115,000

6. Aaron’s 499, Talladega Superspeedway — 115,000

8. Quaker State 400, Kentucky Speedway — 107,000

9. Toyota/Save Mart 350, Infineon Raceway — 93,000

10. 5-Hour Energy 500, Pocono Raceway — 90,000

10. Crown Royal 400, Richmond International Raceway — 90,000

12. Auto Club 400, Auto Club Speedway — 88,000

12. Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips 400, Michigan International Speedway — 88,000

14. FedEx 400, Dover International Speedway — 82,000

15. STP 400, Kansas Speedway — 80,000
