Biffle is starting third and seems to be the Ford driver destined to win a few races this year. He’s been happy, joking and relaxed all weekend. He’s out of championship contention and can take chances other guys in the Chase can’t take.

It’s been a rough week for Ford with all that’s going on at Richard Petty Motorsports. The last time Ford really needed a win, Biffle delivered at Pocono.

He’ll deliver again at Martinsville.

Clint Bowyer

Bowyer’s proven to be one of the best when it comes to NASCAR’s flatter tracks (New Hampshire comes to mind), and he’s shown that his team is more than capable of winning races in the Chase, with or without the help of a wrecker.

This week’s pit crew moves between the No. 29 team of teammate Kevin Harvick and Bowyer’s No. 33 could be a factor for a lesser team, but likely won’t affect Bowyer’s efforts.
