The entry list for Sunday’s Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is out and it’s very familiar — all 44 cars that were entered at Phoenix International Raceway this past weekend, plus the No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford driven by Trevor Bayne.
